Bathrobe
Please ask at reception. You can borrow a bathrobe free of charge on request.

Bathhouse
The bathhouse Thalasso Norderney invites you to relax and offers numerous SPA offers such as massages, mud packs and the like (please make an appointment). Enjoy the numerous seawater baths and various saunas.

Beach chairs
Beach chairs are available for daily hire on the west and north beaches as well as at the Milchbar, the Weiße Düne and the Oase. You can reserve beach chairs in advance online or on site at the beach chair counters.

Beer parlour - Friesenschänke
Over 190 exquisite rums from all over the world await you here. Would you prefer a rum from India, Haiti, Madagascar or Venezuela? After all, the sea and rum belong together! Or would you prefer a freshly tapped pilsner or Guinness ? and a game of darts ? Sascha is looking forward to seeing you.

Bicycle storage
Next to the Hotel Friese- up Anner Siet there is a storage facility in the courtyard. Your front door key fits the small door to the right of Hotel Friese up Anner Siet.
The bikes can only be parked between 08:00 and 21:00.
Please be considerate of the other guests.

Bike hire
There are many different bike hire shops on Norderney. The nearest is Kranich bike hire. Just go up Friedrichstraße towards the Milchbar on the right-hand side of the road. Approx. 50 metres from the hotel.

Breakfast buffet
Our attractive breakfast buffet is available at Hotel Friese from 08:00 to 10:00.
It is located opposite the lift in Hotel Friese.
There is free choice of seats. Please note that there may be an increased number of guests and associated waiting times between 08:45 and 09:15.

Coffee machine / kettle
The Hotel Friese Up Anner Siet has a kettle and coffee machine for your use. Please clean the used crockery yourself. At Hotel Friese we ask you to refrain from using coffee machines and kettles that you have brought with you. Such appliances will be removed from the room without request.

Day off
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On these days the reception is only open until 8pm.

Departure
Please vacate the room between 10:30 and 11:00 at the latest.

Dinner
You have the option of eating à la carte in our restaurant. Please reserve a table at reception.

Emergencies
In an absolute emergency, please call 112 (emergency doctor). If you are unable to open the hotel door at night and let the emergency services in, please dial 25 and inform us.

E-mobile / Scooter
If you have difficulty walking, you can hire an e-mobile or scooter on Norderney.You can reserve these in advance by telephone at Kurts Fahrrad Shop, Molli or Drahtesel. The e-mobiles/scooters can be parked and charged at our premises. We will be happy to show you the exact options on site.

Hygiene articles
Hygiene articles for emergency needs are available at reception. You will find the Rossmann drugstore not far from the hotel in Poststraße.

Information
Various information and event notices are displayed on our advertising pillar at Hotel Friese. These include bus and ferry departure times. Much more information is available daily except Sundays in the NoMo. This can be found at reception or on the breakfast buffet in the morning.

Laundry service
A laundry service is available in our house. Please hand the laundry to be cleaned to the cleaning staff on the floor by 10 am. The laundry will be returned to you on the same day. You will find a laundry bag in the wardrobe.

Luggage collection
You can send your luggage by rail (Hermes shipping). Please hand in your luggage ticket at reception on the day you wish to collect your luggage. Collection takes place Monday to Saturday at around 08:15. No collection on Sundays.
We are also happy to help you with organising the collection of your suitcase. Please speak to us at reception.

Luggage storage
You can leave your luggage at reception until your arrival or departure. The hotel accepts no liability for left luggage.

Mail/messages
Mail and messages are placed in your key box at the reception. The box is always located above the room number.

Maxibar
Hotel Friese has a maxibar with chilled drinks. A large selection of chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available at all times next to reception in the tea room. Please follow the instructions on the Maxibar. You will also find the prices on the list displayed there.

Minibar
There is a small minibar in every room at Hotel Friese Up Anner Siet.
You can fill it as you wish.

Night's rest
It is quiet at night between 22:00 and 08:00. Please set your TV and radio to room volume. Please keep conversations in the corridors to a whisper during this time.

Parking
There are car parks in front of the resort. Guarded: car park ‘B’; unguarded car park ‘C’. Bookings can be made in advance via the Frisonaut website.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in our rooms. Pets are allowed in the restaurant and beer parlour.

Radio
The radio is integrated into the tablet in your room. We can provide you with one on request.

Reception
Reception is open between 06:00 and 21:30. You can reach us directly at any time by dialling 9.

Restaurant Friesenschänke
We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant ‘Friesenschänke’. Our extensive and varied menu is sure to suit your taste.
In our seasonal special menus you can expect additional regional dishes.
Our kitchen hours are from 17:00 to 21:00. Tuesday and Wednesday closed.

Room key
The room key is located together with the front door key. Please take the key with you in the evening, as the front door is locked after 21:30.

Safe
There is a safe in every room.
Insert a €1 or €2 coin, then remove the key. You will get your money back when you press the lock again.

Shoe shine machine
A shoe shine machine is available at the entrance to Hotel Friese.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, not only because of the following guest, but also for your personal safety.
In the event of non-compliance, we will charge a general cleaning fee in addition to a possible cancellation (should the following guest not accept the room due to the smell of smoke) (costs for this € 100,- flat rate).

Telephone
External line: Only dial ‘0’, then the desired number. The charges are registered automatically. The price per unit is €0.20. You can be reached by telephone directly from home without the hassle of an operator. The caller dials 04932-802+ your room number.
Example: You live in room 419: The caller dials 04932/802-419.

Television
Please switch on the main or light switch first. We offer a variety of programmes on TV. You will also find many different radio stations on the tablet in your room.

Tourist tax
You will have received your ferry ticket before the ferry or electronically on the Internet. This is also your NorderneyCard. Before leaving the island, you can pay the visitor's tax at the machines provided at the Kurplatz or at the harbour.

Windows
Please close the windows when you leave the room. Storms and thunderstorms often occur suddenly and without warning on the island.
